Me pareció un excelente servicio que el hotel se asegurara que nos escolten hasta el spa, o que hayan llevado en vehículo a la persona de nuestro grupo que no podía fácilmente llegar hasta el sitio de las reuniones. En el Cajas fueron inclusivos y consiguieron que todos disfrutáramos.  En el city tour llevaron a la persona que tenía habilidades diferentes a un ritmo que le fue posible conocer. Our guide, Sebastian, was very organized, knowledgeable, friendly and highly professional.  We toured the towns north of Cuenca, viewed the Incan ruins, walking part of the old roads, and we visited towns and markets to meet the artisans who craft beautiful guitars, cloths, jewelry and leather goods. He is fluent in English, highly professional, interesting and a very safe driver as well. I understand that he does excursions beyond Cuenca and I will be hiring him the next time I return to the area for an extended trip.
